Return and Refund Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Conditions of return

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags and labels attached.

Return process

To return an item, email us at info@pianomind.net with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.
You will be liable for any return shipping charges.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item. 7-14 days days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.

Digital Downloads & Asset Policy

Due to the digital nature of our downloadable products (PDF guides, templates, and digital assets), all sales of digital items are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase of any digital pack or PDF guide, you acknowledge that you receive immediate, instant access to the files, and you agree that the product is considered used upon delivery. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for digital formats. If you experience any technical issues opening or downloading your file, please contact our support team and we will resolve it or replace the file immediately.
